Food poor. Soup was like gruel. You could stand your spoon up in it and I've got fresher salad in the bottom on my food waste bin. Very disappointed.
Not a great experience unfortunately, and the locals did not look impressed either, slow service at the bar for all involved despite being very quiet. Young girl behind counter was very slow and unfair to her as she was all on her own and did not look very experienced. Rated threes stars because the venue has adequate parking, large spacious areas but toilet was a mess, slow service.Sort out the staffing and the place would be 4 and possibly 5 star in my opinion
Dropped in for Sunday lunch, excellent carvery and service very good price too 9.50 each. comfortable seating.
Great staff nice rooms disabled access good food clean rooms good prices Currently have Christmas lights and collecting for a great cause the Heart Foundation. The new Landlord and Landlady are really lovely and have done a great job of making the atmosphere welcoming and relaxingAlso have both sky and BT sports channels so great place to go to watch the football
Nice sized meals, good hearty food, but presentation could be a lot better. Also the food could be a bit more exciting. And lovely service.
