We had a super stay! Our room was lovely, clean + spacious + cosy. The staff looked after us perfectly, thanks to them we had a memorable spa break
Stayed and got snowed in great opportunity to stay longer at a fabulous location. This next bit is for the management. Your staff are an absolute credit to the hotel industry they still turned up for work when I couldn't get to my car.and when the roads were clear enough and safe enough to leave your receptionist helped to dig my car out his shoes and socks must have been soaked.we are coming back in the summer.
Great food, vegan options too which is great.Great venue for meetings, or a chilled day at the spa.

5 star birthday treat! Beautiful house and grounds with lovely staff and a perfect little spa. Stream room, sauna, spa pool and outside jacuzzi which is small and intimate but doesnt feel overcrowded and they do not overbook. Had a fab back massage as part of a great value package and was extremely impressed. We started with an afternoon tea and finished the evening with a tasty light meal from the lounge menu and served in the comfy bar area.
