ALL CHANGE FOR THE BETTER.......UPDATE......Just spoken to the Mangers at Haskins. And we have come to an agreement. I have to say I was as impressed with the way they have handled my discontent. They were immediately ready to talk. Misunderstandings and mistakes are always made because we are ALL humans and fallible in that respect. Left the original review up as it is better that people see that this was all sorted out, rather than left. This must prove their customer service skills were better than I had first written about. THINK VERY VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING HERE !!!! WATCH YOUR BACK READ ALL SMALL PRINT. Never shop here unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure you want the item. I had to cancel two items BEFORE they were delivered due to an unforeseeable circumstance. Rather than HELP me with my predicament, they are taking 25% as a stock charge. ????????RIP OFF who has ever heard of that. They said it's in our it's and it's. READ THEIR SMALL PRINT EXTREMELY CAREFULLY. Would understand a small charge if the items had been delivered but they HADN'T. Would NEVER recommend this place as they are sharks who will strip you for everything they can. AWFUL AWFUL PLACE If I could take this one star away I would.I will be seeking some legal advice on this as it is such a CON
Very pleased with our new bed recently purchased. Excellent advise from the sales staff, delivery received in half the time quoted. Very helpful and polite delivery men who placed where requested and fitted and secured the headboard, removed all packaging etc including our old bed for recycling ... much better than landfill!Highly recommended!
