Have purchased several suits from Empire Outlet, the first couple were standard sizes, I was so impressed with them and the overall quality of the suits for the price I decided to order 2 more in custom measurements, both arrived and loved them however there was a slight flaw in the fabric on one of the jackets.. after exchanging a couple of email and sending them some photos a new jacket arrived within a couple of weeks. Great website and very easy to use coupled with great customer service.
Very bad experience. I would NOT get a suit from this company. The material does not look like the picture, but much cheaper quality, and the suit came with a huge flaw in the fabric and is unwearable. They are refusing to refund despite their "money back refund" guarantee, and don't even seem to be trying very hard to fix this. I might be out a few hundred bucks as a result. That's what I get for ordering a suit online and trusting Empire. Be wiser. Go somewhere else.
As long as you can exercise a degree of patience, I doubt youll find a better 3- piece suit for the price. Mine has just arrived and Im very pleased indeed. Fit is excellent as is the quality and style. Dont expect a next day delivery, but if you are prepared to wait, you will not be disappointed. My suit was held up in customs, but I was kept informed and the customer service was good. I will buy again.
I have order 7 suits from these guys across 3 orders in the last 9 months - The quality of each suit has been very good in all and I would certainly recommend however I would recommend you order well in advance as it really does take 30 days for the suits to even get to the shipper and measure your suit on delivery as the tolerances can vary from the specified sizes. I haven't given a 5 star rating as there are a few things Empire Outlet need to improve on as their business grows - the customer service by email is courteous and prompt and the returns policy is excellent particularly if the suit size is not quite to your liking - send it back and a new size will be sent without hassle. However I am yet to be able to talk to someone on the end of the phone. The order update process could be better especially when delivery issues are clearly known about - honesty is the best policy rather than offering discount vouchers.Great products at good prices.
Positives: These suits are fantastic, I'm very pleased with them, though they are a little tight so I suggest you order 1 size larger than normal. Negatives: The delivery time is dreadful. Make sure you order in plenty of time to ensure you get your suit for when you need it.
