Cake was ordered in June I forwarded a photo of the spaceship that I required which was specific. I picked up the cake today and the design was very simplistic with very little details, disappointed as for son's 18th birthday, I had an exchange with Sophie who insisted I had not asked for detail and that the cake had taken eight and a half hours to make. We agreed to disagree on the outcome, I would not unrecommend her but be very aware of what you are asking for as her designs are very simplistic.
Very poor service. Was supposed to pick up a Birthday cake at 11:30am as agreed. She changed the time to 1pm due to traffic. She then said she would message when she got in..... we had our party at 3pm with a cake from tesco and no message from her. Not a great service. Now trying to get a refund.
